Because we are located on an active quarry site, we are not set up to accommodate small orders (less than 1 tonne) for gardens nor are we set up to load garden trailers for the general public.

If you have any questions regarding orders for home gardens, please contact us.

Glacier Blue/Awarua White

The name is quite deceptive for our premium landscape pebble. When wet it gives off blue hues to water features, however, dry it is fresh and bright with mostly blazing white pebbles highlighted with gray and blue ones. Its natural smooth roundness comes from being deposited in the Awarua Plains by ancient river flows coming from glacial alpine areas.

Southern White

Another pebble placed in the Southland hills by ancient rivers is our milky white one, which gives any garden or landscape feature a crisp look. There can be on rare occasions the odd small red jasper stone appear in this product, which is a naturally occurring feature in the southern white geological seams.

Gunsmoke

This river pebble is sourced from the Alpine regions of New Zealand.  It is a predominantly gray schist with streaks of white interspersed with flecks of silver mica. Shaped by ancient glacial flows and the swift rivers of the alpine areas, it is mostly flat and oval in shape. This is an ideal schist for landscape projects and gardens wanting a natural Southern alpine feel.

Sable Black

Born from the volcanic forces millions of years ago in New Zealand, this stone is a dull black when dry and jet black when wet.  It is great as an accent stone in landscape projects but hard enough to be used for drives and pathways as well as an excellent substitute for black marble in countertops and flooring. This stone will also from time to time have an extremely small amount of naturally occurring white specks of stone which does not affect its colour.
